Rathbone Kear is owned by Morrison’s PLC and produces over 900,000 loaves of bread per week and over one million rolls. The demand for service and quality is high and we regularly require temporary staff to cover shifts. With up to 40 staff working in any one shift it is very difficult to organise shift cover when employees call in sick at the last minute. Up until we started using Work It Recruitment in August 2004 we always struggled to find an agency that could supply quality reliable labour at the very last minute.
