Work It Recruitment is looking for an experienced sales consultant to join their team. As Work It Recruitment are a young company looking to expand in various markets there are opportunities to become involved in the shaping of the company and share in their successes.
Key Responsibilities;
- generate new business
- develop and maintain ongoing business through close client relationships
- review applications, manage interviews and short list suitable candidates
- must be competitive and have the desire to excel and meet targets
- be able to negotiate contracts and deal with candidates and clients at all levels both on the phone and face-to-face
- must have strong interpersonal skills
