The role holders will design and maintain comprehensive test cases and procedures for all internal / external software and business transactional and non-transactional website. The role holder will document and track all defects and enhancements using the tracking tool JIRA.   The role holder will work with the multi channel team, IT and the wider business to complete integration and end-to-end functional testing.   </p>
<p>A key aspect of the role is to create and maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides on the multi channel wiki and to become an expert on the company’s systems.   </p>
