• SERVICE Working closely with our clients we agree an acceptable, measurable service level agreement (SLA)
• KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Once an SLA has been agreed weekly reports are created and delivered to your management team to ensure our levels of service are within the standards set.
• TRAINING AND INDUCTIONS As we have an outstanding onsite training facility, we review your existing induction and integrate it with our own. Delivering exceptional standards of training and health and safety inductions before staff are even sent onsite, up to Foundation Level (basic) Food Hygiene. This is also followed up by an onsite induction at the place of work.
• PRICE Our prices are competitive and reflect the level of service you require to manage a successful supply of temporary staff to help increase your company’s profitability.
